Continuing couples therapy, Aslan and Devin decide to take a vacation alone. However, Seher's condition worsens as her illness progresses. After receiving this news, the two turn their vacation into a family vacation where they will also celebrate Seher's birthday. However, Seher has one last request - to see Cihan and Serap on this vacation. While Aslan is weary of this idea, Hülya's attitude is much harsher.
